For more than 17 years, we have delivered reliable PEX-a tubing systems, PPSU fittings, and pre-insulated piping designed to perform under the toughest conditions. Every product is backed by our commitment to provide durable, safe, and high-quality solutions for plumbing, radiant heating/cooling, and distribution systems.
Warranty Coverage
One Plus warrants that all PEX-a tubing, PPSU fittings, and PEX-a rings are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. Depending on the product, our warranty provides protection for up to 25 years from the original date of purchase.
This warranty is valid only when:
Products are installed according to One Plus guidelines and industry standards
Products are used in approved applications (plumbing, radiant heating/cooling, or distribution systems)
Products have not been altered, abused, or subjected to conditions outside their intended use
What the Warranty Includes
Replacement of defective products found to be faulty due to manufacturing issues
Reimbursement for reasonable costs related to product failure, when approved by One Plus
Technical support from our specialists to help verify and resolve product concerns

Making a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, customers must provide:
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
A detailed description of the issue, including installation details
Photos or product samples if requested
